Amazfit launches Balance 2 smartwatch and Helio Strap tracker with Zepp App sync, fitness modes, and recovery tracking.

Amazfit has introduced two new health-focused devices: the Balance 2 smartwatch and Helio Strap, a screen-free fitness tracker. Both devices are integrated with the Zepp App and aim to support workout tracking, recovery, and sleep analysis.
The Balance 2 caters to athletes and multi-sport users. It features a 1.5-inch AMOLED display built with Sapphire glass and up to 2000 nits brightness. It is water-resistant up to 10 ATM and delivers battery life of up to 21 days.
As the official timekeeper for HYROX events, Amazfit has included three HYROX-specific training modes. These enable users to manage intervals, heart rate zones, recovery times, and transitions. The data syncs with the Zepp App for in-depth performance tracking.
The smartwatch supports 170+ sport modes including swimming, running, golf, and pickleball. Golf mode includes metrics such as swing tempo and plane, with access to over 40,000 course maps. The diving mode supports tracking up to 45 meters depth. Offline map downloads are supported for urban and trail runs.
A key feature is the BioCharge Score, combining data on sleep, exertion, stress, and naps to give a real-time energy status report.
The Helio Strap offers continuous heart rate monitoring and fitness tracking without a screen. It connects wirelessly to Amazfit smartwatches and the Helio Ring via the Zepp App. No subscription is required.
The device supports 27 workout modes and records reps, sets, rest intervals, and performance during strength and HYROX sessions. It also provides cardiovascular and recovery insights with its BioCharge Score feature.
Battery life extends up to 10 days on a full charge.
Both devices operate independently, but when used together, the Balance 2 and Helio Strap deliver enhanced performance tracking. Data merges automatically into the Zepp App, allowing users to access training and recovery metrics in a unified interface.
